This Warranty Policy applies to all refurbished products sold by RefurbBazaar. We ensure that every device undergoes a rigorous testing and certification process before it reaches you.
2. What's Covered
- ✓Hardware defects (under normal usage)
- ✓Technical malfunctions
- ✓Display, motherboard, ports, and internal components
- ✓Battery (if applicable)
- ✓Accessories (if included)
3. What's Not Covered
- ✓Physical damage or accidental damage (liquid spills or water damage)
- ✓Software issues due to third-party installations
- ✓Damage due to unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear
4. Warranty Period
The standard warranty period is 3 Months to 6 Months depending on the product. The warranty period is mentioned on the product page and invoice.
5. How to Claim
Raise a request through "My Account → Warranty Claim".
Our team will review and assist you within 1–2 business days.
6. Important Notes
Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer. RefurbBazaar reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
